When I got the wipes, I first tried them on my glasses and my glasses are the cleanest I've ever been able to get them, crystal clear. I then tried them on my MacBook Pro screen and the same is true. No smudges nor scratches nor residue. The instructions say to first lightly brush the lenses with the closed pad to remove any grit (the dampness removes it), then open the pad and clean the lenses. They do dry quicker than other products but I think this is an advantage. With other products, you tend to put too much cleaner on the lenses and then rub and rub to dry them and get the smudges out. These Zeiss wipes dry out relatively quickly, smudge free, so that all the extra rubbing is avoided reducing wear and tear.

The first time (or even second time) you use these wipes expect a bit of smearing. What it appears this wipe is doing is removing old residue from whatever previous cleaner you used. Once you get the old muck off your lenses these wipes will keep the optics perfectly clean.

I've worn glasses for decades and have been frustrated with finding ways to clean them. The Zeiss wipes are great. I have virtually no problems with streaks and smears. Just clear lenses. I've tried sprays and other wipes such as Bausch & Lomb and these are the best. I bought them from Amazon but did notice them at a local Walmart for $3.00 (box of 50).

They have the perfect amount of moisture for cleaning a pair of glasses and after that, maybe my laptop screen. They don't leave streaks and they remove all the fingerprints, oil and assorted crud from surfaces. As a glasses wearer, I depend on them a lot. Love to have them in my purse and in my desk and bedside drawers.

This is an excellent product for cleaning your glasses and the optics of your gun scope. I threw some in each of my vehicles storage boxs and keep some of them in my shooting range bag. They clean perfectly without any streaking. They actually clean better than the spray bottle stuff and a microcleaning cloth. I highly recommend them and will be ordering more soon just to make sure I have plenty on hand because it seems that every time something good comes along that works great the manufacturer decides to stop making it.

I had read all of the reviews and primarily what I needed is a good wipe to get my glasses perfectly clean. These do the trick, I Have also used them on a lot of other small glass items and they work incredibly well.

These are great and very useful. All my lenses are cleaner than they have been since they were last serviced. Plus they are great for lap tops and even my Voyage 200 calculator. A real must have around the photo lab, along the lines of Kimwipes.

I purchased these because they are one of the few products that actually state they are safe for use with anti-reflective coatings. I am pleasantly surprised at how well they work. Just a few swipes and my glasses are clean with no streaks or smudges. They also work great for cleaning cell phone screens. The sealed pouches are perfect for travel, and its easy to keep a few in the car for quick touch ups. They even work as a hand cleaner in a pinch!
