As a recently diagnosed Type 2, I now read EVERYTHING on every food label and consult with pocket charts and references. I've lost 50 pounds so far, and have another 25 to go. My doctor is pleased, generally, with Atkins products and recommended them--generally. I love these things. They are a small taste of a former life. Careful monitoring allows me to have up to two (2) of these a day. I plan to give my doctor a box and ask for fhis opinion of these, specifically. There are a number of other varieties, but these taste best to me AND they have the best nutrition numbers.

The "Atkins Caramel Nut Chew Endulge Bars" are a great tasting, low carb snack. Being diabetic, I have to watch my carbs and the Atkins bars are a great way for me to have a late night snack without sending my blood sugar levels too high.

These are somewhat pricey and a little on the small side, but so delicious. Each bar is only 1.2 ounces, perfect as a snack with a cup of coffee with only 2 net carbs per bar.

As far as low carb weight loss food goes, these are super good! I expected something that tastes chalky and that is sickening sweet so I was pleasantly surprised when it tasted exactly like a snickers! I highly recommend this product.

I thought when i started my diet i was gonna have to starve and eat cardboard! The atkins bars in general are better then normal unhealthy candy bars! These ones are excellent to! So far i have lost 30 lbs and have 10 more to go(Not because of eating candy bars though. Lol). stuff like this has helped me not quit! My wife is not even on a diet and she thought these were better then what she normally gets at the cash register! I'm on a low cal diet and i hope i don't start looking sick because all this food i'm finding is better then the nasty crap i used to eat! Anyways these and the peanut butter cups are my favorite!

Low-carb snacks have come a long way in the past few years. The Atkins-branded munchie-bars have always had the lowest carb count, but used to have an awful yeasty aftertaste. No more! I'm not quite sure what changed, but whatever they did resulted in a much better product. They're now good by any standard, as tasty as a regular candy bar. I would compare these favorably with a Snickers.
Fair warning! The Atkins bars use maltitol for sweetening... which is a very good-tasting nondigestible sugar. Well, it's not digestible by YOU, but the bacteria in your lower gut can make good use of it, and they're going to have a nice, gaseous party. If you eat too many of these in a short time, you and everyone around you will know. The "maltitol fog" is epic. Practice moderation.

these bars are fantastic, they really do taste like a snickers. no nasty side effects for me, but only eat one ever other day or so. very happy to find these. haven't found them for less $$ anywhere Amazon subscribe and save is an awesome bargin.

I had been on the Atkins program for a little over a month when I finally tried one of the Atkins Bars. One followed another with the Carmel Nut Chew finally catching my fancy. It is the supreme indulgence. My first purchase from Amazon was for 30 Carmel Nut Chew bars, and I just subscribed to a continuing order of 46 more a month. They are fine!
