I make lots of cards...and this is the only tape I use for the majority of my projects. If I have a rhinestone to glue on. I will use something else...but this is,y go to tape and it has never let me down.

If you love scrapbooking (and do A LOT of it), you will love the ATG!!!!! I too found it very bulky and awkward at first, but my goodness, has this little, err big, bugger saved me soooo much time. Believe me, if you do a lot of scrapbooking, (aka mini albums, paper bag albums) and you've beeen living on those small tape runners, you will not believe your luck that you came across this product!
Strong Adhesive By kheyden
This is a nice strong adhesive that goes on cleanly and creates a very flat surface when glueing two pieces of paper together. I will never use another kind of adhesive for my paper projects.

This is a great item for crafters! The adhesive is strong, goes on easily, and is not as messy as glue. It wil also hold several different sizes of tape - I am using the 1/4". I love it! The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars, is that the gun is large and it takes a couple of uses to get the hang of it. Purchasing this with a an extra refill gave me free shipping. Great Value!

I've been using my Scotch gun for several years now and the price here on amazon has been the best I've found, especially since I get free shipping and usually purchase several rolls. I really haven't noticed the difference between this acid-free and the Gold (which is supposed to be professional quality). This works great for the everyday crafter.
