I used this product before pilates classes and it gave me the energy I needed to get to all the poses as well as endurance to last the full hour. It works as indicated and mixes well in water.

I tried this Amino Energy complex drink for a month with my workouts and I have to say that I was really impressed. I have always had a bit of a problem using drink mixes that were fruit flavored in the past (Xyience anyone?) and I was quite leary of giving this stuff a try thinking that I would hate it as soon as it touched my lips. This stuff tastes great.

And I have to say that I really felt the extra energy during my weight circuit. It really seemed to give me that extra little push to get a few more reps in at the end of every set.

You really can't beat the price of this stuff compared to some of the other brands out there and honestly it works. I will be ordering this stuff very soon!

Most of us who use supplements in powder form have a few caveats that we need our mixes to conform to and I list 2 that are more factual than things that may or may not be able to be measured like the "energy" factor. That said, I do believe this product does provide me an additional boost of energy.

I am a gym devotee so getting in the gym isn't a chore for me but something I look forward to so I can't gauge if this got me more motivated. However, I do know I during the time I am and still am taking Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy I am getting great workouts...nothing slacking, lackluster or half-arsed workouts.

I was skeptical and had very low expectation before I tried this product, but now I can honestly say this stuff works! I drink it before workouts in the late afternoon and the caffeine helps me get a boost and my recovery has also improved significantly. I can definitely recommend this product, just keep in mind that this is a product that contains a significant amount of caffeine. They were both outstanding. I reduced my intake to 1/3 the recommended dosage and it was still a great product.

Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy powder is a great tasting drink mix that adds power, endurance and intensity to your workout. Or, at least that's what it claims to do. I can agree that it tastes great. I work out 2 days a week and this drink keeps me going. It tastes good, and I'm never tired working out. But, I'm not trying to gain massive amounts of muscle mass, so I can't really review its muscle building capabilities. The canister claims 30 servings, but recommends more than one serving for heavy workouts, so you can actually get less servings out of the canister. I'm not a runner and I'm not workout freak, and this is a good product that keeps me going through and during my workout. And it is reasonably priced, especially when compared to other drinks on the market.

This product works well for me and actually has a good flavor. I use it pre work ou and occasionally on days that I need an extra boost of energy. The only thing negative I would add about the product is the wide range of pricing which is more retailor related than product related. I've found this product available in several places ranging from $13.00 to $29.99. I'm hoping Amazon will stay competative with their pricing for this product.
