The water activated cleaning pad contains a specially formulated Windex cleaner that features Windex's Sheeting Action Formula. The sheeting action gives you a spotless streak free shine with no need for hand drying. The 4' long pole features a threaded end that fits most standard extension poles, allowing you to clean those hard to reach second floor windows without risking injury on a ladder.

The no scratch cleaning pad can get up to 20 windows looking their best before it needs to be replaced. The washing process is couldn't be simpler! Just spray your window and the pad with the hose to activate the cleaning pad, clean the windows, and then rinse clean immediately to remove all the suds.

I must admit that I was skeptical as in "yeah, another no effort, streak free product". To my amazement, it actually works as advertised with little or no "touch up". I even called back the check out clerk at Lowe's to tell her how well it worked (she asked me to let her know if it worked as advertised). GREAT product!

This is a great product especially if you have big windows. As we all know wiping a window dry without streaks or smears is very hard and this eliminates all that. Rinse, wash, rinse. All done. I wish I had known about this product years ago. I bought one for all my 4 daughters. It makes a great gift for any homeowner.

This product is well worth the money! I cleaned my second story windows this morning in no time, and they looked great! It's a cloudy day, so I wasn't fighting the sun, which can cause streaks while cleaning windows. I cleaned 5 windows with one pad and still had suds left.

I am very happy with this product, I've used it several times and always had great results. I found it's best to wet the scrubbing pad down pretty well first before starting the washing process, then the windows get nice and soapy.

This product worked better than I could have imagined. I cleaned all windows of our 2300sqft home in about an hour with nothing but a hose, this kit, and a stepladder to reach the high windows. The included tool (pole) is well made for the price. The tubing is thick walled and sturdy, and the head where the cleaning pad is affixed articulates on a universal joint so any angle is possible as you clean.

Overall, this product is well worth the price and I'll be using it again. My windows are sparkling clean.

I have a bank of windows that are five feet high on the back wall of my house, and because of the rear elevation, they're very high up when you're standing outside. To clean them by hand, you need a ladder, which makes the process awkward and time-consuming. Normally, I do them (or have them done) once or twice a year and that's usually enough to keep them reasonably clean. But even then, they only stay streak-free for a week or two, or until we get a lot of rain.

When I saw this product in a local big box store, I decided to give it a try. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results. First of all, it's very easy and fast. The wand is able to reach the very top of my windows and I really soaped them up. The foam sprays off quickly and the windows dried fast. I recommend doing the windows when the sun isn't shining directly on them, because I think they're more likely to dry without streaks that way.

So far, I'm pleased with the way the windows look. I honestly don't see much difference between the results that the professional window-washer gets compared to using this product, and it was a fraction of the price I would have paid him. Plus, if the windows get too streaky, I can just put on another pad and do them again.

For the money, I think it's a great deal and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for hard-to-reach windows that are a hassle to do by hand. It's a pleasant surprise to find a product that works exactly as advertised!
