This book is an easy read that will give you ideas on making positive changes in your life. It shows you how to make believing in yourself a daily habit. I will be puchasing this book for my niece who will be graduating this year. I also love the 10 rules - I will post them where they can be viewed daily.

It was a quick and easy read yet, practical and meaningful. Even someone who doesn't like to read would enjoy this book. It's funny yet, full of effective strategies without being coldly academic. If applied, it can be life changing. A lot of my fellow Mary Kay friends enjoyed it and found it meaningful too. We read it for a pace setters training event. The little time it takes to read it is more than worthwhile.
