Very cool game, difficulty is epic and always will bring a challenge if your the kind of person looking for that challenge (skirmish play), online play is nice to, and the people you play with are not trolles so you will have fun playing most of the time online. Well yup... Buy this game if your a strategy making kind of person.

Well at first i didn't even know what this game was or about. My brother in law got me hooked to play with him online and i've been addicted ever since. If your into RPG, RTS games this is the game for you :) Somthing diffrent for awhile to , Than FPS 24/7 which is what i usally play.

I've owned this game since it was released but lost the original CD's, so digital download is convenient. The scale of the game is massive in terms of the maps and the battles. Progressing can be a little rough as there is a huge difference in power between the 3 tech levels (Tech 1 units don't stand a chance against Tech 2, Tech 2 versus Tech 3 unless in large numbers etc) and resources can be REALLY hard to manage. But if you dont try to rush to Tech 3 (like I always do lol) the game is really fun.

It has great music, great controls and just has a great feel to it overall. The UI and map zoom is freaking sweet too, I'm surprised more games haven't adopted this game's style as it's amazing. With all of the new RTS's that have been released since this game, this is still one of my top 3 favorites (and I'm a HUGE RTS fan). You could take that as an example of what this game is like if your considering getting it, I'd recommend it.

The only thing I'm not sure of (I haven't downloaded and installed it yet) is how you launch or start the game. The last time I tried a year or 2 ago, you had to use a launch manager to start the game, but it could never connect to some server to verify the game so it wouldn't let me start the game. I don't know if it's still like that or if it is different now.

Honestly, I don't see what there's NOT to like about this game. I mean, it's got great gameplay, and great graphics. I have read some negative reviews about the campaign, but honestly, I just play online and skirmishes so that doesn't bother me. Overall, I think this game is WAY better than C&C and would reccomend this game to anybody.
