Ingredients
Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Chloride, Dipropylene Glycol, Poloxamer 182, Allantoin, Tripotassium EDTA, Benzalkonium Chloride, Glycerin, Cucumber (Cucumis Sativus) Fruit Extract, Potassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate.

Directions
Shake well. Apply with cotton pad on closed eyelids. Gently rinse with warm water.

I'm on my 2nd bottle of this now. It works just as well as the twice-as-expensive, oil-based department-store brands. After using it I still wash my (closed ;-) eyes with water & a bit of cleanser to remove any residue & then wipe around my (open) eyelids & bottom rim with a warm wet tissue, but it's way better than the greasy feel the oil-based removers leave.

I love this eye makeup remover. I have tried and used more than 15 different products over the years, and I've always liked Clinique's eye makeup remover, but it's a little pricy for someone who wears eye makeup everyday like me. This neutrogena product removes my eye makeup very well (I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliners everyday), and it is not greasy or irritating at all. It's super affordable so give it a try, you won't regret it.

This is a great product. Works well and takes off eye makeup extremely well. But i would suggest not to buy it online, the bottle was 3/4 th empty when it reached me, since most of it was spilt inside the box it came in. so just garb a bottle from the store on ur next shopping trip.

I am in love with this product. I've used it for years, and this price is the best one. This is perfect for taking off waterproof products, and it's super gentle on your eyes. It leaves your skin a bit oily, but that's easily fixed with a good facewash. Definitely recommend this.
