I had been buying gatorade and hating every flavor I bought when someone in my hot yoga class suggested that I drink coconut water instead, it took a bit to find one that wasn't bitter, but this Nirvana coconut water is amazing! When I'm on my way home from my runs I get so excited to drink this coconut water. So refreshing!

This stuff is amazing! I tried it once at and Au Bon Pain at the airport and loved it so much I simply had to order a case! I like the can better than the bottles that I had in the past because they are bigger. There are 100 calories in the can and it is a really great source of potassium. It tastes great with some rum or you can even use it to make pina coladas. Any way it tastes amazing!

I tried coconut water for the first time about a month ago from an Indonesian convenience store in Los Angeles. The owner cut the top off of a real coconut and threw in a straw.
