Waboba® Pro Ball

Product Description
Waboba® PRO is made with the official game in mind! It is more stable which makes calculating the direction of the bounce easier. Being heavier and bigger than the EXTREME ball makes it more accurate. Seriously, throwing a tennis ball or a frisbee while standing in water isn't all that fun.

So why not invent something that bounces on water, like a skipping stone that you can catch? And if that is possible, why not invent a game that is fun and challenging but can be played with just the ball, no goals, nothing extra - just the ball?

The WABOBAPRO water ball is the answer to those questions. The WABOBA ball is made of polymere gel and has a elastan coating. The mix of different gels makes the ball bounce and float on water. The WABOBA water ball is made to endure some rough handling, but do not bouce it on the ground or on walls, etc. Warning: The PROis not suitable for children under 36 months.

Better than waverunner ball By Linda S. Coyle (Brookfield, WI United States)
Just purchased this ball after I gave my old waverunner ball away. I like this ball because it is slightly heavier and doesn't hurt your shoulder/elbow when you are whipping it around on the beach. These balls are awesome beach toys, great way to get girls to come over by you/conversation starter. This ball is far superior to all other beach games I've played, just don't bounce it on hard ground too much or the casing will rip.

Lots of fun and very easy By Yosh
A buddy and I bought one of these at a surf shop and used it in a pool and at the beach. We found it to be a lot of fun; it can be skipped/bounced 40 yards with ease. Using it in the ocean is great as it will bounce off the bumps and launch off the waves in to the air. The people who say it doesn't bounce must have ignored the little instruction slip that says throw it like you're skipping a rock.

If you throw it straight down at the water it'll sink but if you throw it at an angle it'll skip and bounce a long way. You will find it easy if you can at all throw side-armed. Be aware that you need some space; if you plan to use this in a small pool at home you may be disappointed.

Awsome By QMG
Bottom line..if you don't have one get one. People are complaining that it doesn't bounce. Thats because they don't know how to skip a rock. Once you get the feel for it, the ball travels father than a olympic size pool. So much fun!

Great fun for adults By Newmom2235
I don't understand how people have trouble figuring out this ball. It is so easy and fun. My husband and I met a group of people who had one in cancun last year and we were so intrigued. It is very similar to skipping rocks, but not as difficult. I don't know how well little kids would do with it, but I highly recommend it for teenagers or adults. We spread out across the huge resort pools and played with it for hours. We are buying one for ourselves because we are about to go on vacation again with a big group of people. Buy it!

Teenage son loves it By Suzanne (Woodland Hills, CA)
Got this for my son - he loves it. He and his friends have a great time throwing it to each other across the pool, bouncing it off the water. He was skeptical at first that it would truly bounce off the water, but it does!

One of the best water toys ever By JTO
Hours of Great fun for hanging out in the water all day. Shallow water in particular because its best to have some footing for throwing and catching. Have used the whole summer and still not run out of fun. Probably won't even, just a classic tailgate-like hanging out game.

Works in both ocean and lake water, and heck river water might even work but I haven't tried it. Be careful in the pool though, this ball bounces far. Maybe good for throwing between one person in pool and one person out of the pool. Or even try the Waboba pool ball (supposed lesser bounce), but I haven't tried it.

Kids like it By Hank Rearden (Georgia)
Got this for my sons to play with at the pool. Teenagers that they are. They really like it. You know they will put it through it's paces. A bit pricey but a cheap toy that they will get some fun out of.

Lots of fun on the lake By Brian Grzymkowski (Hawthorne, NJ)
A friend mentioned Waboba in passing before my camping trip up to the lake so I bought 2 before we left to help keep us entertained. Went with a large group in their late 20's/early 30's and these are definitely a lot of fun. You need a fair amount of space to make the most of them (preferably free of strangers). These things really take off if you've got a decent arm, and can be very unpredictable. It adds to the fun, but also makes hitting an unsuspecting person a sure thing.

If you're good at skipping stones on the water, this will come naturally to you, the motion needed is the same. Rather small, about the size of a tennis ball, and I also purchased the Extreme, which is even smaller that this one. They have a heavier weight though, with a dense solid feel. Reminiscent of old stress balls covered in spandex. The separate glove they offer would be fun, but unnecessary. They float, but aren't the brightest, so you have to keep your eye on them. I could see it being easy to lose one in the ocean with a bad toss.

THE BEST TOY FOR THE BEACH By BMWNJ
I just ordered one after seeing a family playing with it out on their boat on the bay in NJ. At first I thought it was going to be a waste of $10 and would get lost fast. Boy was I wrong! This is a great little toy. We just went on vacation to the cayman islands and my two boys (ages 16 and 21) spent hours playing with it everyday. People were in awe of how this ball skips across the water. The pro has more bounce and is stronger.

If you want one for young kids I would get the Waboba regular not pro. I even had a great time with it. Don't go on vacation without this little toy. Its a blast. Highly recommend it. 5 star.

These are a BLAST By B. V. Dam (California, USA)
Bought 1 for vacation last year and we played with this everyday. It literally bounces off the water. Every kid in the pool at the resort wanted to jump in and we had a hard time getting it back when we were ready to leave each day. It is still holding up but I bought 2 more for vacation this year. One of the COOLEST new outdoor toys out there. You can really fling this thing so a bigger pool is best. Get one, trust me you and your friends and kids will go nuts.

Worth the money By E. Palk (usa)
Any waboba ball will be great fun, we have had hours of fun in pools andlakes bouncing and skipping this ball. You can make up any rules you like. It skips very well, has to be seen to appreciate.
