It’s manufactured following standards similar to those practiced by the pharmaceutical industry. Recommended initial administration period is 4 to 6 weeks, though some dogs may respond in a shorter period of time.
May be fed to your dog directly or crumbled and mixed with food. Miracle cure for dog joints By Burnsy26
I moved my dog out east from a dry western climate. Her joints (along with mine) started acting up due to what I and my vet believe to be due to the Barometric pressure change. Read about this stuff on a blog and decided to try it after reading the reviews on here. This stuff really is a miracle joint cure for older dogs (mine is almost 8). She's now running around like a puppy. I actually feel I might have to cut down on her dose so I can keep up with her. Just kidding :) Highly recommend if you want your dog to live comfortably for long. I hardly ever write reviews but had to on this.

My dog is a 75 lb mix (part St Bernard). using this product helps with his limping when he first gets up.He is approx 8 yrs old but still chases squirrels & rabbits.If he does that a lot he will still limp a little when getting up.Without Cosequin it is a lot worse.He has been on them for over a year & will eat them out of your hand.There seem to be no side effects.

I bought this for my sister's 10 year old pitbull. He was slowing down, even in walking, didn't like using stairs and couldn't jump (to get into the car, etc.) Within 3 days, my sister reported that he was a new dog. He moves more quickly, his ears are back and he is really peppy. He jumps up on the sofa (he's allowed!) and runs up and down the stairs. He's still an older dog and we can't reset the clock but this has given him a marvelous improvement in the quality of his life.

My Weimaraner is 10 years old and hasn't been very sprite in the last year or so. After about ten days of taking the Cosequin he perked up considerably. Now after a month he is jumping around again, running up and down stairs, fetching faster and without hesitation. His overall mood is brighter. I am very happy that I found this product.

WE adopted two dogs over a few years and they had problems walking so we put them on Cosequin, We found this company on AMAZON And they had a better price on the medication. Our Brittany had laser treatments to no avail but after 2 years she is now walking without a limp and that is due to the Cosequin!Good medicine good price excellent customer service!

I bought this product as a last ditch effort for my ten year old, eighty pound, mutt. Arthritis began to riddle his body and there were times we'd have to carry him outside to go to the bathroom. After heart wrenching nights of him laying on the floor whining because he wanted to get up to play, I knew there had to be a solution.
After seeing this product on a commercial, boasting about it's natural ingredients, I decided to give it a whirl. What a whirl it gave ME! Within days, I started noticing my dog eagerly going up and down the stairs to let himself outside. Getting up and down of the couch was finally an ease again.
After about six months of being on this product, Rocky has made a complete turnaround in his prognosis, even going outside and playing with a six-month old golden retriever! It is so nice to finally have our fun-loving pup again. This medicine is a miracle and I recommend it to everyone who tells me their dogs are having a hard time getting around!

Been using this product for over twenty years with my different dogs. It has helped keep them in agility to stay limber and pain free from stiffness in their elder years. Have never had a dog have joint problems while taking Cosequin . I start them on Cosequin at about 1 year and then they are on it for life.

Stopped the limping By Benson BMD (CA USA)
I have 2 Bernese Mountan Dogs. The younger one (130 lbs) had developed a slight limp due to excessive play with a smaller dog. These pills have seemed to completely help stpo the limp. Whether it got better by itself or from the pills but it is better.
