My grown son, who is 52 years old, and his family live in Florida. He has always loved cars. From age 7 he began saving money every chance he got, and when he had enough saved he would head to the corner hobby shop and buy a Hot Wheels car that he had had his eye on. You can imagine that by the time he went to college he had quite an impressive collection of Hot Wheels cars, along with several storage cases and assorted accessories.

My set of 20 cars was a mix of hot rod cars and other cars. I liked all the non-hot rod cars the best. Notable cars in my set:

*1958 Chevy Impala - looks similar to the one used in Mad Max movie.
*Porsche 928 - exactly the one used in Risky Business.
*1969 Chevy Pickup - kids love this one.
*1969 Pontiac Firebird - vintage muscle car.
*Gran Torino - not sure about the year. I think this was the Starsky & Hutch car.

One of the hot rod cars came with messed up wheels, but how can I complain when I got these cool cars - love it.
