I purchased this for my son and he LOVES it! We take it everywhere with us because it seems to be his favourite toy. We got it when he was 3mo and he liked to watch us rattle it around and look at the bright colors. He is 4mo now and he will grab it and shake it around but mostly he loves to chew on it. It is very durable but still has enough give that it will not hurt him, even when he smacks himself in the head with it.

I love the bright colors and the fact that I can just toss it in the dishwasher for cleaning. The little square in the middle rattles when you shake it. Overall I find this to be a good buy- perfect for teething.

Easy to hold By grasshopper
I have this toy for my 4 month old and it is great because he can easily hold it whereas some other toys are not as easy for him to hold on to for an extended period. However, he really wants to chew on it and it is difficult for him to do and just ends up frustrating him. Not a bad toy, just not great for my child.

Son likes it sometimes. It can be refrigerated but doesnt stay cold very long. Very easy for a young baby to grasp, which I really like.

Great 1st toy
I bought this for my baby when she was about 8 weeks old. I was looking for something she could handle that wasn't too heavy and she wouldn't knock herself in the head with. This was PERFECT!! This toy is very light and flexible. My daughter maneuvers it around in her hands so she can chew on it. She's 5 months old now and loves to wave it back and forth to hear the rattle. I don't fear her knocking herself in the head since I know it's not going to do any damage.

This is our 4-month old daughter's favorite toy! It's lightweight and has lots of loops, so it's very easy for her to pick it up. It was one of the first toys she could pick up and play with, and this was how she learned to transfer items from one hand to the other (again, thanks to all the loops). She likes to suck/chew on the loops too. We received an extra one as a gift and thought about returning it, but decided to keep it since our daughter likes it so much!

A great trick we learned is to attach a pacifier strap (we use one from Booginhead) to it, then clip that to her carseat. Perfect for on-the-go; she plays with it while we eat at restaurants, etc, and since it's attached to the carseat no fear that it will fall on the yucky ground!

My little one always enjoys picking up this toy because it just has so many arms! It is fun, colorful and also a great chewing toy. Recommended because it is also a very safe toy to play with.

Been a favorite toy for the past 8 months. Easy for infants/babies/toddlers to look at, grab, & play with. Soft & crushes onto it self (in case baby rolls or tip over onto it). This is our favorite take along toy -- Easy to attach to car seat with Bogginhead Pacifier clip. Great toy.

My 3.5 month old really loves this toy. Definitely worth the money. It is just the right size for her chubby clumsy fingers. Its not heavy and makes little rattling noise.I cant wait her to start getting her teeth, because you can also freeze this toy and cold is supposed to help with teething. Our daughter appears to love it and she is 6 months. It has a little jingle to it but when it hits the ground it make next to no noise. This is unlike most of her toys at this point. She likes to throw things so this is nice.

Winkel is a good inexpensive toy with different uses for child. Color contrast really attract attention, very easy to hold and rattler is useful maybe aliitle low pitch for some.

My two month is just beginning to hold things. This has many places he can hold on to so it's easier to get a grip. He's not very good at holding on to things for very long, but he seems to be happy with this so far!

I used to work in a toy store and always had people come in asking for a toy that would make a great gift for a friend of family member's newborn baby. Although newborns don't play much this toy is perfect it's a great grasping toy and is very colorful to stimulate the baby once it starts to see in color, also the winkle works as a great teether. I always wanted to get one of these for when I had children, but with my first there was so much important stuff that we needed. Now that my husband and I are expecting again, and well equipped, we decided to nab this toy for our second baby.

This is still one of my 6 month old son's favorite toys. The loops make it easy to hold and manipulate for even a 3 month old baby's hands. He likes to gum on it, and has from the start. I like the bright colors and the fact that it can be fairly easily wiped down after he plays with it in his high chair. Highly recommended.

Perfect for little fingers to grasp By LAD
I purchased this toy for my granddaughter who, at 4 months old, was not yet able to hold onto a toy. The cylindrical grasp of a very young child can not hold something much larger than a straw in diameter. That is exactly the size of the plastic pieces on this toy. In addition, it doesn't matter where her hands meet the toy because there are enough little pieces for her to grab onto. When the toy is placed at her midline, she brings her hands together and both hands are able to grasp this toy.

Because of the size of the toy, one of the other plastic pieces easily finds her mouth which is her objective. It can keep her entertained for a very long time while in a stroller or car seat or bumbo. I highly recommend this toy for infants from 3 months on, but since my grandchild is now almost 6 months I don't yet know how long she will find it interesting. It is a favorite right now, however.
