This is a great product. I had plateaued in my weight loss plan. Since starting it, watching my diet and working out 3-4 times a week I have lost an additional 6 pounds in the last month and half. This also doesn't seem to have an effect on raising my heart rate like the other fat burner I was using. This is great product if you have hit the "wall" when trying to get back in shape.

I have tried a couple of weight loss products and they would either work and make me feel awful or make me feel great and energized but I would never get results. With trying these products I would do daily work-out routines to help but I never saw any difference in anything.
