Vacation with no weight gain By Monica
Went on vacation to my in laws. The food was incredible and I ate way too much. It was also extremely high calorie stuff. I had cake everyday! I came home certain that I had gained a pound or two. To my shock, I hadn't gained anything. I think it's due to the Keto-7. I also noticed I have a little more energy throughout the day. I've only been on it a few weeks. Can't say I've lost a bunch of weight, but I've been splurging lately and haven't gained! Think what I could do if I really watched my food intake!

there is no such thing as a pill that alone will make you lose whight and that includes 7-keto of all the supplements this one works the best best,HOWEVER YOU NEED A GOOD DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN. it wont work just taking it, infact nothing really works without diet and exercise plan. I lost 35lb in 4 months and it was not with a pill alone, but with a good diet and exercise plan and a little help from this pill.

I believe this product is helping me lose weight. You cannot take it and not change your lifestyle and expect to lose but if you are eating healthy and working out this gives you a boost. The only thing I do not like about it is it does increase my night time hot flashes immensely but they go away as soon as I stop taking it. I ordered more because I decided I could deal with that while losing weight. To me this increased heat means it is doing what it says it does. I definitely lose more quickly with this than without.

I started taking this product about 2 1/2 weeks ago on the recommedation of Dr. Oz who said it would help boost a lagging metabolism. Well, I've noticed that I'm more energetic, I'm getting more things done, I'm able to go through the whole day on most days without feeling fatigued, etc. But I've also noticed that this new energy hasn't come at the cost of increased nervousness or rapid heartrate. I just feel what I guess normal, healthy, high metabolism people feel on a day to day basis. I haven't seen any decrease in weight but hopefully that'll kick in soon.

I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky. I feel so much better, it's as if a fog was lifted from my life. So far, I have gone down one dress size and my boyfriend is in SHOCK at how different I look. Not much weight loss so far, it's more about significant inches lost so far, but I will update this one month from now to see how it's going. I am so in love with this stuff! I work so hard working-out a lot and eating 1500 or so calories a day and still kept gaining weight and looking more boxy and bloated every day. All my clothes were so tight; I had never been so heavy in my life. Suddenly, a week and a half after taking this, my stomach is down three inches already! All over, my body already looks so much better. My boyfriend has the hots for me and I'm just so relieved this bloating nightmare is over.

I recommend eating lots of healthy food, mostly greens (70% of your plate should be greens or veggies), giving up ALL wheat 100% (wheat bloats!), and taking Keto 7 to see results as fast as mine. I am now only doing one hour of yoga and a 40 minute walk a couple of times a week, instead of 2-3 hours of brutal cardio and weights daily. Life is easier for me not having to do all that exercise that I hated and trading it for moderate or gentle exercise. I just ordered the same brand Relora supplements and can't wait to try both together! Wish me luck!

I've been using this for a week with excercise, and portion control not dieting and lost 2 lbs. my mid section is slowly but surely shrinking. This is just the boost I needed because I was doing all of this before I used 7-keto and it seemed like my weight was at a stand still and I actually thought I had some type of growth in my stomach cuz no matter what I did it would not get flatter. Now I'm glad I watched dr oz and he mentioned this product cuz it works well for me with no side effects.
