If you do not want a strong mint toothpaste, this is a good option. Regularly, my teeth are not all that sensitive, but I do eat a lot of acidy food and drink acidy drinks. I have been usuing this for a few weeks and I have already noticed that my teeth feel stronger.

I absolutely love this product. I am a 20 year old and I was not blessed with great teeth, I really have to work hard to keep them clean and feeling great. Before using this product, even drinking cold water and having it hit the back of my teeth was killer. I was beginning to think my sensitivity would never go away. I began using this product and in about a week or so I noticed a difference. Progressively the sensitivity went away and I could drink cold drinks again without pain! This product also helps with acid errosion which is a plus if you eat a lot of citrus and such.

This is about the same price as any other toothpaste, so I suggest if you have sensitive teeth you give it a try! I used this consistently for about a month and my sensitivity virtually went away. I don't use it every time I brush now, I'll use it once a day and choose another toothpaste of my choice to use the other time. I actually don't think so, I don't even notice a bad taste and I have used flavored toothpastes, Crest, Colgate, etc. I don't get a bad taste from using it, but even if I did it would be worth it to make sensitivity go away. Go get this product if you struggle with teeth sensitivity, you won't regret your purchase!
