Ingredients
Filtered Water, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Onions, Organic Wheat Flour, Organic High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Leeks, Organic Grade Aa Butter, Organic Cream, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Spices.

Directions
Add 1/4 can milk, stir, heat and serve. Please do not overcook. Use full strength in cooking.

Even though I am not a soup person, Amy's has made me become one by creating these incredibly, unbelievably, irresistibly, out-of-this worldly, delicious soups!!!! Not sure what to say but just to say keep up the great wonderful work creating awesome food without hurting any animal or being.

I enjoyed this so much, I used the subscribe and save to get a case delivered. This is a comforting, flavorful soup that really is so much better than other brands of Cream of Mushroom I've tried, including Campbell's.

While I have not used it yet in casseroles (though I plan to, as I found a nice recipe for chicken, egg noodle, pea and cream of mushroom casserole), I love having this handy for those afternoons when I just want some soup and a half-sandwich for lunch at home or a simple late meal when my tummy needs comforting.

Great to have on hand for recipes calling for cream of mushroom soup. Much better than other brands, that have so many added things to it. I use this alot in cooking.
