My kids are allergic to so many food items it was hard to find a replacement for pasta. The rice pastas are sticky and the texture is wrong. This linguini is great! If you follow the directions on the box and don't overcook, this is a perfect substitute. I will rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process exactly. I can even serve it to their non allergic friends and they like it too!

I would not look any further or experiment with others (as I have). This pasta has the best consistency and flavor to match that of regular pasta. It's almost a dollar more at your neighborhood health food store so order it from Amazon. Approx 8 minutes, and you have great tasting gluten free pasta!

I love this pasta because it doesn't get all gummy like rice pasta does. You are limited sometimes when you have wheat allergies. This pasta however makes it eaiser to because you don't have to feel like you are being deprived when having pasta. I have a child with allergies adn I used to cook him this pasta and the rest of my family regular pasta. This is so good though, and so cheap buying thru amazon, that we all eat this kind now.

This product is wonderful! The noodles taste just like regular noodles! One of my pet peeves is that gluten-free foods usually taste gluten-free, but not in this case. We'll be ordering more.

After trying many other brands, we found Ancient Harvest linguini! Finally, a gluten-free pasta that doesn't stick, clump or disintegrate. The pricing on Amazon is about 60 cents better per box than any grocery-store pricing I've seen. We cook two boxes for our family of five and have less than one serving left over. We also love the elbow noodles. The spaghetti is passable, but the consistency of the linguini is better, in my opinion. If you eat gluten free, this pasta is for you!

We absolutely love this pasta. It is great, a small portion makes a person fill full, and a healthy alternative for those gluten free. I like this much better than the rice pasta.

The Ancient Harvest Quinoa Linguine is quite possibly one of the best organic, gluten-free pastas I have ever purchased. While my consumption of gluten-free products is necessary (Celiac's), I have served this pasta to guests (non-Celiac's) who had no idea it was a "specialty food". This is now a permanent fixture in our pantry. Truly nutritious, delicious, and enjoyable!

I love this pasta. I try to stay away from wheat containing products as much as possible and tried out Ancient Harvest brand pasta based on a friend's recommendation. It's wonderful. I've even got my boyfriend hooked on it, both of us maintaining that it even tastes better than normal pasta and whole wheat pasta. I think the trick to making sure the texture of this pasta is al dente is to cook it for a shorter period of time than recommended on the box. I think they suggest 10minutes, I always cook mine for 8 minutes.

My doctor recently told me that I need to be gluten free. I love my pasta.
I spent a fortune trying all the rice pastas and they are all AWFUL with wierd texture !!! It all ended up in the garbage.
I was giving up hope when I found Ancient Harvest pasta -- you can't tell it's not the real thing !! It has the right taste and texture. I just wish they made lasagna pasta.
